your flexible spending account will not carry over from year to year so you must re-enroll
in the FSA every year during open enrollment.听
Q -听When can I make changes to my insurance coverage?
A -听You may only make changes to your insurance coverage during open enrollment or in
the event of an Office of Group Benefits Plan-Recognized .
Q -听When does my insurance start?
A -听The effective day of coverage for new hires whose employment begins on the first of
the month will be the first day of the following month. If employment begins on the
second day of the month or later, coverage is effective the first day of the next
month after 30 days of employments. An employee who transfers employment should complete
a transfer from within 30 days.听
