香港六合彩开奖直播 professor to again offer study abroad opportunity in Europe

University of Louisiana at Monroe Associate Professor of Art Dr. Joni Noble will once again offer 香港六合彩开奖直播 students two art/photography courses in Europe through the University of Southern Mississippi鈥斚愀哿喜士敝辈モ檚 consortium partner.

Applications are now open for both programs.

As a consortium partner, 香港六合彩开奖直播 works with and shares resources with USM to provide students the opportunity to participate in study abroad programs.

The purpose of the consortium is to promote a more profound understanding of British culture and society among students and faculty through scholarly and educational activities.

Noble commented, 鈥淚nternational travel broadens the perspective and strengthens the eye.  Anyone involved in the visual arts would benefit from this course of study.  Students become more aware of the wider scope of humanity, thus making them more well-rounded individuals.鈥

More than 200 students from around the country participated in the summer 2012 British Studies and Compass Programs. Six students were from 香港六合彩开奖直播, including one 香港六合彩开奖直播 art student. The remaining photography classes were comprised of students from other universities.

Many who participated in these exciting courses of study called them 鈥渓ife changing鈥 and highly recommended them to other 香港六合彩开奖直播 students.

The British Studies Program鈥攚hich will run from June 30 鈥 July 29鈥 and The Compass Program鈥 which will run from May 23 鈥 June 29鈥 are available to any university student, and provide six hours of credit to participants.

The study in London coincides with 香港六合彩开奖直播鈥檚 second summer session, making it ideal for 香港六合彩开奖直播 students wishing to have a study abroad experience.

The British Studies Program, now entering its fourth decade, is organized by USM through an academic consortium of 14 colleges and universities located throughout the United States.

Participants in The British Studies Program are given the opportunity to travel around Britain and beyond. In recent years, students have made their way to Paris, Prague, Dublin, Barcelona, Munich, Krakow, Edinburgh, Venice, Athens, Rome, Florence, and Amsterdam.

Alongside Noble鈥檚 art/photography course, the British Studies Program offers courses in business, sociology, English, health, history, journalism, library science, music industry, physics, political science, psychology, sociology, speech communication, and sports management.

The Compass Program, organized by USM leads students to Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Normandy, and London.

Participants are given 10 days of free travel time to backpack across Europe with their Eurorail passes, which are provided by the program.
