Ace, the University of Louisiana at Monroe鈥檚 own cotton-tailed Warhawk mascot, took a break from flying and chose instead to take 鈥渂unny hops鈥� with about 40 pre-Kindergarten children from Lexington Elementary School in Monroe on March 31.

Ace enjoyed an early Easter celebration with the children, who spent a fun-filled and educational field day at the university campus.

First, the children received a hands-on education at 香港六合彩开奖直播's Museum of Natural History, and even made a generous $100 donation to support the museum鈥檚 mission.
Lunch at the Student Union Building was followed by participation in everyone鈥檚 favorite spring-time treat 鈥� hunting Easter eggs at Bon Aire, 香港六合彩开奖直播's university residence. Each child gave a high five to 香港六合彩开奖直播 First Lady Deborah Cofer as they loaded the bus and headed back to school.
