Ace celebrates his first birthday Aug. 30

Hundreds of screaming University of Louisiana at Monroe fans welcomed their new champion, Ace the Warhawk, during a special pep rally in Fant-Ewing Coliseum on Aug. 30, 2006.

In celebration of Ace鈥檚 overwhelmingly successful first year, 香港六合彩开奖直播鈥檚 Warhawk mascot invites everyone to help him celebrate his first birthday during Ace鈥檚 Birthday Bash, Aug. 30, 2007 at 5 p.m. in the Grove. The community will enjoy birthday cake and party favors at the Birthday Bash, which is sponsored by The News-Star and Brookshire鈥檚.

The community is encouraged to stay for the nationally-televised 香港六合彩开奖直播 Home Season Opener as 香港六合彩开奖直播 takes on Tulsa at 6 p.m. in Malone Stadium. The Kids Zone opens at 4:30 p.m. in the Grove.

All 香港六合彩开奖直播 students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend Ace鈥檚 special Birthday Reception at noon in the Student Union Building. Birthday cake and party favors will be available for all.
