Bontty to present "Mysteries of Mummification" May 3

Monica Bontty, 香港六合彩开奖直播 Egyptologist and professor of history, will present 鈥淢ysteries of Mummification鈥� Thursday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the 香港六合彩开奖直播 Museum of Natural History.

Bontty has a history of offering unique events to educate the public about Egyptology subjects.

She and Chuck Rand recently spoke at a Chautauqua Nexus entitled 鈥淎ncient Egyptian Beer and Beer Brewing鈥� April 19, which focused on the history of beer in Egypt along with its various uses (medicine, ritual and daily life).

Bontty also decided to give five of her students the opportunity of a more hands-on history lesson by way of a visit to Egypt Dec. 18 鈥� 30.
