New VP Of Student Affairs At 香港六合彩开奖直播 Begins Duties

Dr. Wayne Brumfield officially starts his first day on the job at the University of Louisiana at Monroe as the Vice President for Student Affairs on July 15th, Monday. The Louisiana Board of Supervisors approved him in June for the position.

Brumfield's responsibilities at 香港六合彩开奖直播 will include reorganizing enrollment services and enrollment management and revising student life initiatives on campus. Brumfield has over 12 years experience in admissions, records, registration, recruitment, and freshman orientation. His most recent position, since 1999, has been as Registrar and Director of Admissions at Louisiana State University at Eunice. Previously he held the position of Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Southern University at Baton Rouge.

Dr. Brumfield's degrees include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, an M.A. in History from Southeastern Louisiana University at Hammond, and a B.A. in History from the University of Southwestern Louisiana at Lafayette.

"We are very pleased to have an individual of Dr. Brumfield's education and experience. His depth of knowledge on recruitment will go a long way in helping our University. We look forward to working with Wayne as we build a new Student Affairs team, " said 香港六合彩开奖直播 President, Dr. James Cofer.

This is the first permanent appointment made by 香港六合彩开奖直播's President, Dr. Cofer. This appointment reinforces Dr. Cofer's commitment to the students, representing his priorities as outlined in his inaugural speech.

Dr. Wayne Brumfield looks forward to his new position at 香港六合彩开奖直播 and said, "I am really excited about working with the community, faculty, staff, and students. There is a great deal of potential here and the key to making it work is revitalization. I believe if everyone gets the mind set to participate in the revitalization, then our University will blossom. Once this happens our community, faculty, staff, and students will all benefit."
